I strongly recommend both Terrance and Sunnyvale Toyota. Terrance politely approached us in the new car showroom when my husband and I were browsing around. We told him that we were interested in a RAV4 hybrid. He quickly showed us the differences among the different editions. We asked for a test drive and he promptly found us a car. Terrance was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable not just about the RAV4 but all kind of cars in general. He tirelessly explained the features of the car and answered questions before, during and after the test drive. We felt we could totally trust him for his sincerity, honesty, knowledge and integrity. After shopping around for prices, we went back to Terrance because we felt more confident and at ease working with him. He was able to match our best price after checking with his management. During the purchasing process in his office, he clearly explained additional purchases such as extended warranty and maintenance and other optional features. Not only that we felt he was very knowledgeable, we felt we could trust him on his recommendations. When we picked up the car, he walked through the car with us, examining the car and gave us a great tutorial on how to operate the car and the many advanced features that came with it. I'll definitely go back to him when I buy my next new car! More

Good car-buying experience but one flaw in a very fine car. Amil Kandir was fine to work with in my purchase of a 2020 Prius Prime. This plug in hybrid car is a wonderful design which allows me to drive with very few visits to gas stations which leaves me feeling grateful to Toyota for helping me leave the earth my children will inherit slightly less degraded than what it would have been if I were adding the usual amount of carbon to the air that normal cars do. But one major flaw in this car: The software interface between car and driver is atrocious. A large screen of information about all all the car's systems is mounted mid-dashboard, but figuring out how to get the information to make the systems work for you is very difficult. The user's manual is 700 pages! And many queries of it to figure things out send you to many other pages other than the one in index or table of contents. The software engineers who crafted this system for this otherwise very well-engineered car is a travesty. Perhaps Toyota will make some improvements and allow us to download them when they are available. More
