Andre Kamali replied with a quote and we communicated by phone and text and closed a deal and I took delivery within a few days. No haggling, no hassle and no wasting time, just a straight sell deal done in a very professional manner by experienced sales staff end-to-end. During this pandemic the adjustments made were great and minimal contact is required to ensure safety to both staff and customer. More

Little did he know that was our third dealer that day and we were wel informed and ready to make our purchase. He was very rude and had no customer service skills, I was then passed on to Praneet who seemed to somewhat care but I was then introduced to James Tran who was very patient and seem to take his time help me with my need great sales person exemplary. I was then introduced to Roy watkins who just saved the whole thing. I was ready to walk out, but after I was introduced to James and Roy I not only stayed but finished my purchase. these guys stayed till almost 9:00pm to help a customer out. that is dedication and customer Service I would highly recommend Sunnyvale Toyota to anyone who asks. Maria's service knocked it out of the park, again. Maria Castillo has been my service advisor at Sunnyvale Toyota for years. In each encounter, she checked with me which service options would best serve me and my Prius best. An amazing way of dealing with customers. Yes? On this last service, I thought I needed an oil change and a new battery. Maria took the car in and had it checked. She showed me that I had not driven much since my last oil change, and that I could wait. And that after driving my Prius - my battery was now charging and holding a charge. Saving me over $400. Since I was preparing my Prius to be sold, Maria said she would be happy to do the 80 point checkup and to change the oil and filter. Knowing that I was selling the car, she suggested that I change the engine and cabin filter to make it a "no-brainer" for any new buyer. This is a good example of Maria helping me get just the services I needed and to make the car right, and in the process, Maria saved me money. More

The quality, promptness, and courtesy of the service and personnel were all very good. The pricing however was outrageous. I was shocked to hear an estimate of $522, but with the hassle of going anywhere with current shelter-in-place, social unrest, and all, I agreed to proceed. While the service was being done, I checked with other Mirai owners and found that other dealers charged much less, as low as $80 in Tustin (Southern California) and under $300 in San Francisco. There are only a few Toyota dealers capable of servicing a Mirai and this is an abuse of that monopoly. I filed a complaint with Toyota. More
