Have to take my review back unfortunately. 1 month after I bought my used car here the alarm kept going off randomly anytime. Took it to any Toyota service department like I was told and then called Sunnyvale because I bought the extended warranty that is supposed to cover electrical and replacing the brakes but nothing is covered. Also the 3 month warranty they give you is also not covering any of my issues. For the last 3 weeks I have been trying to cancel my warranty and talk to the finance manager who sold me the xx warranty. I keep getting put through to a voicemail recording or they say they will call me back but noone has. Atrocious customer service so I don’t recommend buying your car here. Once you have left the parking lot they don’t care about you anymore. I have talked to several managers over the past weeks who assured me my problem will be sorted but it still hasn’t. Not impressed at all!
