I can't imagine if it was another person's spouse, child or parents that has to endure being cursed at. It isn't right on so many levels. Overall, I think Toyota of Sunnyvale is well-run dealership, but employees including the Director of Service should NEVER cuss at anyone! If Bob continues to have anger issues, he should be placed in another part of the organization where he doesn't deal with people. Also it is illegal to tell customers to take the car back to the original dealership of purchase to avoid warranty work which is what Bob told me to do. If Bob tells you this, please report Toyota of Sunnyvale to the CA Consumer Affairs Bureau of Automotive Repair. More

Friendly Supports I was looking for a vehicle for my wife and kids who would come from Japan to live with me in California. I found a nice SUV in Toyota Sunnyvale, but then, I was worry about whether the car be parked in my garage or not. Because my garage is narrow and the car is slightly big. When I said this anxiety to sales staff (Nobu who is Japanese), he suggested me to go to my apartment together with the car right now!! As a result, it was no problem, and I determined to purchase the car immediately. Thank you, Nobu-san. My wife and my kids started new life, and they are pleased with the car :-) More
