I set my expectations really low when I first arrived at Toyota Sunnyvale because i was frustrated from car shopping at other dealerships. I really appreciate when Kelvin tried his best to help us out with our new car. We had some problems with the paperwork which took us some extra time to solve it, but Kelvin was very patient and that made me really happy and appreciate about it. I love how considerate he is after we purchased the car, he called me sometimes to make sure everything is going great with my car and you know just a little thing like that makes me very happy with my purchase.
