Yep, go to these guys. Visited 2 other dealers before Sunnyvale Toyota. First did not have the specific car I wanted. Second tried rip me off with dealer add-ons and bogus Visited 2 other dealers before Sunnyvale Toyota. First did not have the specific car I wanted. Second tried rip me off with dealer add-ons and bogus government fees. Sunnyvale Toyota did all the following right: 1) responded to my web inquiry almost immediately 2) had the specific car I wanted 3) met my aggressive out-the-door price request 4) had the car cleaned, fueled and ready when I arrived 4) got me in, completed paperwork and out very quickly Luke was friendly, professional and efficient. Ask for him. More

Avoid Sunnyvale Toyota unless you want to be told your car needs unnecessary services. It happens to me every time I bring my car in for service, even an oil change. If I ask for a copy of the recommendat car needs unnecessary services. It happens to me every time I bring my car in for service, even an oil change. Excellent service by Dhanen Shah I experienced the best service at Tpyota Sunnyvale. I previously purchased and car at another Toyota Dealership in Milpitas and I was not treated the I experienced the best service at Tpyota Sunnyvale. I previously purchased and car at another Toyota Dealership in Milpitas and I was not treated the same as the Toyota Sunnyvale dealership. Here, I had the pleasure of being helped by Dhanendra Shah. He explained everything about the car buying process. I did not feel pressured. My experience with the finance guy, Sean, was excellent too. I knew exactly what I was signing because he explained everything. Afterwards Dhanendra Shah showed me how the car worked and all of the special features that the car comes with. I felt taken care of by by this dealership. I'm going to be a lifelong customer of this dealership because of the special attention that I received. I love my new Camry! More
