Kelvin did a great job with helping me get my first car out of college and at my first job! He was very patient with me and even got another person (Sean) to sit in the backseat to use as a reference for m out of college and at my first job! The car is not for everyone but they were so patient with me through the whole process and managed to get me such a great deal. Communication was great and I heard about the horror stories of being stuck at a dealership for 4+ hours in order to purchase a car but I was able to get in and out in 2.5 hours while still test driving the car and getting glimpses of other new cars for 2020. Definitely recommend and might even go back in 5/6 years for maybe another car! Thank you!! More

Non-transparent pricing I decided to purchase my vehicle at this dealership even though I had other dealerships offering me cars for a lower amount, because I felt like Terra I decided to purchase my vehicle at this dealership even though I had other dealerships offering me cars for a lower amount, because I felt like Terrance was transparent and honest. I was wrong. Over text, I was assured that I was qualifying for a 0% APR after I submitted a credit application. After blowing off other dealers who were giving me the car for $200 less, I got to Toyota Sunnyvale and was told that I could only get the 0% APR through Toyota if I bought their gap insurance. For insurance, they quoted me $1000 for 5 years, and assured me I could cancel after 6 months. Well, I went to another Toyota dealership later the same day to help a friend buy a car, and found that the starting quote for gap insurance is $850 for the same car, and that it can be negotiated down too. I even overheard other dealers at Toyota Sunnyvale itself offer lower starting rates for the same insurance (right after I was done signing...). Moreover, they did not mention that you have to pay a $50 fee to cancel this insurance after 6 months. While buying, he went through my phone to double check the quotes I had received from other dealerships by cross-checking the phone numbers in my contacts with the actual dealers, making me feel like they thought I forged my quotes. I tried to reach out to terrance over both phone and email about this increased insurance pricing for my specific case, and failed to get a response. More
