Service was horrible and technician made a mistake The technician performing my oil consumption test missed a seal, and marked he put it. During the second phase of the test, Toyota marked my test as " The technician performing my oil consumption test missed a seal, and marked he put it. During the second phase of the test, Toyota marked my test as "fail" because that one label was missing. I know I did not tamper or alter the sticker. When the technician inspected it during the second part of the test, he explicitly said "the seal is missing, no signs of human intervention". So either I did a really good job pealing off the sticker and cleaned it really really well and left no trace, or the sticker wasn't there in the first place. Oh, the missing sticker was originally to be put around the dipstick. A lot harder to clean or remove if one were to do it. I am now out of my warranty period and cannot do another oil consumption test for 6 months and have to pay out of pocket if I were to repair/replace anything. Toyota 2008 Rav4 is known to be consuming oil, and that's why Toyota had this warranty in the first place. Louie was very rude and treated me with condescending tone. He implied I am stupid multiple times. Will not recommend. More
