Cool purchase of a used car Raj was my point of contact to pick a vechicle that I booked (Nissan versa 2016) on FAIR app. Ofcourse, it was a used vehicle but ordered for a lease. Raj helped me through the process of pick up and made it feel simple. However, the vehicle did not meet my needs and I had to return. Interestingly, he made the process of return very hassle free and handled it gracedully. He heard my needs and suggested couple of options they have in the inventory so..yes..he helped me decide on a real purchase (Camry 2008 Hybrid) of a used vehicle. Wow..from a car on rent or lease to owning a car..this is my story. All the while he was helping me out with one or the other but never lost his patience..due to multiple calls and helps needed with lot of things during above transitions and was never pushy as I was expecting from a salesman. He bet my all expectations...good man to recommand to others. Marco is a man from finance who help me through the docs and contract/loan process. Thanks a ton Raj and Marco. More

Quick and (almost) painless I had a pretty good experience buying a used car, working with Vinod Kumar. My first contact with Vinod was on 7/11 and after test driving a CRV and I had a pretty good experience buying a used car, working with Vinod Kumar. My first contact with Vinod was on 7/11 and after test driving a CRV and a RAV4, I settled on the RAV4. I think the key is I had already done my research into what type of car I wanted and the price I was willing to pay so I pretty much ignored the various sales pitches for cars I did not want. I visited a few other dealership over the course of the week, but then saw that Sunnyvale Toyota had reduced the price of a RAV4 that matched my specs by $1,000. I called Vinod on 7/17 and he told me to come down quickly as the price reduction had generated a bunch of interest. After checking the car out, I bought it without price haggling since I knew the price was better than what I was finding elsewhere. We concluded our business in about 90 minutes and I drove off a satisfied customer. Note 1: The advertised car had floor mats in the picture, but no floor mats when I bought it. After some back and forth, Vinod came through and found me a set of floor mats - great job Vinod! To all you potential buyers - do your research ahead of time and be persistent! More
