Adam...was so impressed with entire process (via internet) that i returned for service....over 25 miles from my home, passing other dealerships! I met Maria C....service advisor! She was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable that I have returned and returned...its now 2018!!! Recently a neighbor sold me a newer highlander and because Maria had kept my old car in such good shape I sold it for much more than i thought...A friend went there (again over 20 miles from her home)and purchased a highlander(she like riding in mine!) and quickly found Maria for all service --- another friend decided to get her Camry service there...with Maria! my son brought a used car from them while in grad school and Maria also handled his car! Got the picture? The facility is clean, organized, helpful and well there just arent enough words to describe Maria Castillo!!!!!
