Accommodating With the help of my 90 years young dad, I bought my first Toyota from John Ewell. John was very respectful and responded to all our many questions and requests. He walked us through all the features of the car including how to synch up the Bluetooth to my smartphone. Next we met Bart in finance. We were paying with a combination of certified checks, credit card and finally a personal check to cover any overages. Somehow the total was off by $1000. But my dad caught it since he'd worked out the numbers for himself. Bart was quick to correct the mix up. Despite that mistake, I'd buy another Toyota from John. He made buying a certified used car from a dealership a positive experience. More

Marcus made it possible to schedule our car for evaluation in the service department. Jordan, our salesperson, listened to what we needed and wanted in a new used car, provided information and excellent advice, and showed us a number of good options without any pressure. Jordan is personable, thorough, patient, and knowledgeable down to the details. We couldn't have asked for more. Daniel was able to obtain the necessary insurance from our company - on a Sunday. Jude efficiently handled the paperwork necessary to complete the trade-in of our old car and to secure a loan from our credit union - again, on a Sunday. He provided a clear explanation of the follow-up steps we'd need to do upon our return from vacation. We drove away in a low-mileage Corolla that we happily anticipate owing for the next 15 years. Mo took the time to listen to my needs, concerns and situation and was very useful in selecting which car was right for me. He even offered to show me his own car when a specific car was unavailable. After returning with my family 6 days later, Mo remembered my visit, allowed more test driving, was accommodating to the fact we took longer (with a 2 year old!), and even found the car I had been looking for. Mo came over as honest and friendly during negotiations, I did not ever feel pressurized. The one hitch was purely with timing, I feel the last sign-all-documents phase with Jude was rushed as it was already very late by then. At present, my purchased car is in the body shop, and Mo has been very good at keeping me up to date. I highly recommend asking for Mo when you visit Toyota Sunnyvale! More
