Very Nice Guy The sales guy I talked with was very nice. He tried to listen to what I need and showed me all cars I might be interested in. I was able to find what I needed and very satisfied with the car and his hospitality. The only thing I didn't like was the guy working for the insurance. I was exhausted by spending 4 hours to buy a car and could not think deeply about the insurance. However he asked me to make a contract on the same day even though I actually got the car 3 days later. I realized the price of the insurance was not reasonable to me and even he said I can change the plan one month later but it was actually 6 month contract ( I haven't talked with the guy if I can cancel or not). He also mistyped my debit card number several times and could not use it for my second payment (he tried to use my debit card twice but it was rejected for the second payment and ). After I came back home, I realized he mistyped my date of birth so I could not activate my online account. I would be more generous to him if he had not talked to me after 4 hour shopping but he tried to make a contract so I could not avoid that. Overall, I am satisfied with the dealer's job but I personally didn't like the experience about the insurance. More
