Albert remembered the drinks that we got first time we visited and brought us the drink when we went back again. And they care about our feelings a lot. They got us a really good price and spent hours looking into their system to find the car I want. I ended up getting the last one of the trim I want in bay and it was such a hassle to get it shipped to the location but thanks to Albert the car arrived in a day. Kevin was very pleasant to talk to. He broke down all the expenses and explained them patiently. Even for someone like me who knows little about cars, I felt very confident about where my money is going to. He cares about my needs for the car and assist me in every way to put my money in the best use. I had some issue with Hector and Sean and Kevin helped me to take care of the issues and now I don't even care to complain about it. I really enjoyed this experience and I think Toyota is not only treating us as customers but friends. More
