I had a bad experience. Initially I was told that my tires were fine but my maintenance person later told me they needed to be replaced. I had to tell my service rep that something didn't look right and they had made some mistakes on the final bill and it still came out higher than I was expecting. Furthermore, I didn’t realize getting a loaner car would make me ineligible for getting the coupon discounted maintenance. Finally, every other time I've been here, my service rep walked me through my options and when it was all done they'd walk me through what was done and how much it costed. This time my rep made no such effort making me feel rushed and like I may be getting screwed paying for extra crap I didn't really need (see my tires comment above). I will think twice before returning for maintenance. More
