He was very receptive and very knowledgeable about the van. There was none of the bs guesswork one can experience at some other places. He was patient and answered all of my questions, all of them to my satisfaction. I never felt pressured when it can to the deal. My hat is off to this gentleman. Shane is a credit to Toyota of Nicholasville, he represents the organization very well indeed. Yogi was a pleasure to meet and interface with. I enjoyed talking with him and I appreciated that he did not try to steal Shane's show. Brittany was the finance guru. She is very professional but personable at the same time. She showed me options and was very patient even though the hour was late. My experience with everybody there was wonderful.
