This experience was really poor. They pushed back the repair 3 days, said they were going to provide a rental car for free, yet we were charged $175. We asked for an estimate for a trade in, never received one. When we went to pick it up, they couldn't find the paperwork and couldn't explain the bill. Even though it was less than quoted, there was no explanation. Overall, I was truly disappointed in the service. Communication was very poor. More
