The service advisor did not communicate well, and when they did reach out, it was to upsell unnecessary service. Toyota Direct is the only dealer that has serviced my Rav 4 and previously my 2006 Highlander. Both of these vehicles were purchased from Toyota Direct. I like the fact that Toyota Direct has more women service advisors. After service was completed with my Rav 4 Mindy and I talked about when to replace the original tires. Kudos to Toyota Direct. The only thing that I have an issue with is the calls indicating I need to schedule service. I am diligent on having my Rav serviced on a regular basis, as I want it to last for a long time. I am retired so don't put many miles on my car, having the car serviced every 6 months is a waste of time and money. Other than that small issue I am pleased with Toyota Direct!!!!!!!!! More
