My transaction started on the phone with Jeff and he was very helpful, you always dread calling a dealership and this was not that experience this time. Found the car I wanted set a time to come in and on my way he realized the car was sold (this dealership goes through alot of cars). He quickly called me and let me know as I was making a 2 hour drive. Some sales people would allow you to drive out and try to sell you something different. They got the car a couple weeks later. We already negotiated a deal that I was happy with and went in and the process was simple and fairly quick if anything we slowed it down looking at other cars. I was a bit hesitant that I would get the deal that we had agreed to due to it being better than a local dealer would do. This wasn't the case and I'll gladly just reach out to them instead of the dealer minutes from me from here on out. Thanks Jeff and Toyota Direct. More
Started out with Taye Darwish who was very helpful, my availability didn’t line up with his so the day I bought the car he was out of town and Derrick Palm picked right up where Taye left off. I'm concerned with the changes at the Service Dept. I don't see the experienced (and probably higher paid) service people that once were there. I sat next to a middle aged customer who told me how he I don't see the experienced (and probably higher paid) service people that once were there. I sat next to a middle aged customer who told me how he'd been a long time customer there and he was not getting the same quality as he had previously. The service area looks nicer but I'm leery. As a widow, I don't have my husband to call and advise me and this makes me very nervous returning to your location. I always get my hybrid Camry serviced as recommended by the messages i receive, at your location. Not sure of my next step. I'm very disappointed. More
