Jeff was fantastic to work with in all aspects of the car buying process. He never pressured me into buying more add on features than I wanted. I have returned to ask Jeff questions regarding the many wonder buying process. He never pressured me into buying more add on features than I wanted. I have returned to ask Jeff questions regarding the many wonderful features my Grand Hylander has to offer. He always answers all my questions and tells me to call him or drop by the dealership with any questions or concerns. I had mud flaps installed yesterday and Lily Keibler in service was amazing. Both Lily and Jeff were instrumental in getting the mud flaps from the parts department and installed in under one hour. Great customer service. The service and waiting areas were clean. The waiting area was spacious with plenty of comfortable seating, snacks, drinks and large screen TVs. More
