Toyota Certified at Capital Plaza has the worst customer service I have experienced in all of my vehicle purchases. It has been over a month, and they are still withholding funds from my purchase that shou service I have experienced in all of my vehicle purchases. It has been over a month, and they are still withholding funds from my purchase that should have been returned to me or my credit union. The Managers (Sales/Dealership) will not return your calls and once they get your money, you are completely ignored. I would never purchase vehicle from this particular dealership again.
