I have not purchased a vehicle here so I cannot speak on the sales department. However, I moved to the area and now get my vehicle serviced here. It's not bad, but it's also not great and I'm tempted to dri the sales department. However, I moved to the area and now get my vehicle serviced here. It's not bad, but it's also not great and I'm tempted to drive much further back to the dealership where I was going before. They definitely don't go above and beyond like my other dealership. You would think for a regular oil change and if I pay extra to get the tires rotated, there should be a courtesy to at least ensure to check the tire pressure and add air if needed. But nope, that wasn't done and I'm not even sure if the tires were even rotated. They aren't mean or disrespectful but they aren't as warm and welcoming either. Like, I felt like my old dealership became almost like family. I spend way too much money on a basic oil change for them to just do the bare minimum. More
