Toyota Certified at Capital Plaza

I bought a Honda CRV from the Toyota certified dealership two days ago.Buying a car has never been so easy! Repair work Had repair body work and paint work done on my wife’s van with complete disappointment...they did not match the paint correctly. On top of that there Had repair body work and paint work done on my wife’s van with complete disappointment...they did not match the paint correctly. On top of that there are a few spots of run off of paint. Huge spot completely missed. The alignment isn’t correct as stated it would be. Grease marks all over doors on the inside to include sun visors, where the speaker is for the rear view mirror...the list continues unfortunately. If there were an option to upload photos for reviews the would be added!!! Major lack of pride with work. As a veteran i pay attention to detail. If you care and love your vehicle I recommend that you find a different location! More

Showroom New! Yes, showroom new. That's how well my 2015 Camry was restored after it had been severely damaged. My car was parked out front of our house (three Yes, showroom new. That's how well my 2015 Camry was restored after it had been severely damaged. My car was parked out front of our house (three lane street) when it was sideswiped so badly it was undriveable. Not only did the service team correct all the damage but they also touched up some minor scratches on the other side that were not in the insurance estimate. And, the car drove better than it did before the accident. Service rep "Tim" was able to expedite the restoration so that the car was finished a week earlier than expected saving me rental car costs. While I don't know their names whoever else worked on restoring my car were obviously top craftsmen. They were a team that the dealership can be proud to have as representatives. And Tim has a gift for reassuring customers. More
