Imagine what, 6 months later, that car was refinanced and I got a brand new 2019 Camry with again the help of Samuel and Tom. What a great team. I highly recommend them More

Repair Work Car given back to me with bad brakes. Was told when I brought it back that I needed to pay for parts in which the mechanic should have notice when th Car given back to me with bad brakes. Was told when I brought it back that I needed to pay for parts in which the mechanic should have notice when they drove out of the garage that the brakes were not working. Now I was given a car that my family almost had an accident in for the brakes not working and I was given a song and dance excuse that would have to pay for the part intially if they had detected at first, but they did not. thank God I had a rental car and the car was not use except for to take it back to service. Then I was told that it was test driven an ready and nothing was done and I left over the weekend. On Monday found out that it was something else. I was giving a unsafe vehicle and paid parts that did not work and I think that I should be reimburse my monies back. I talked with a representative from Toyota of Bowie who gave me the same song and dance about I would have to pay for the initially if it was found. No problem but it wasn't and how can you put a price on my families life if something would have happen to them. We would be in court. All I want is my monies refunded. More

Repair work Had repair body work and paint work done on my wife’s van with complete disappointment...they did not match the paint correctly. On top of that there are a few spots of run off of paint. Huge spot completely missed. The alignment isn’t correct as stated it would be. Grease marks all over doors on the inside to include sun visors, where the speaker is for the rear view mirror...the list continues unfortunately. If there were an option to upload photos for reviews the would be added!!! Major lack of pride with work. As a veteran i pay attention to detail. If you care and love your vehicle I recommend that you find a different location! More

Showroom New! Yes, showroom new. That's how well my 2015 Camry was restored after it had been severely damaged. My car was parked out front of our house (three Yes, showroom new. That's how well my 2015 Camry was restored after it had been severely damaged. My car was parked out front of our house (three lane street) when it was sideswiped so badly it was undriveable. Not only did the service team correct all the damage but they also touched up some minor scratches on the other side that were not in the insurance estimate. And, the car drove better than it did before the accident. Service rep "Tim" was able to expedite the restoration so that the car was finished a week earlier than expected saving me rental car costs. While I don't know their names whoever else worked on restoring my car were obviously top craftsmen. They were a team that the dealership can be proud to have as representatives. And Tim has a gift for reassuring customers. More
