All was great except the shuttle service I've been servicing my Toyota at Toyota Carlsbad for years and its always been great, the one problem I had today was with the shuttle service. I gave I've been servicing my Toyota at Toyota Carlsbad for years and its always been great, the one problem I had today was with the shuttle service. I gave my paper work to the woman standing as you enter the waiting lounge and was told that I would be called when the shuttle was ready to take me home. After approximately 1 1/2 hours, I asked the same lady when the shuttle would arrive, she replied that there must be a lot of traffic, about five minutes after that I had a phone call from a male saying the shuttle was there, I went outside and the shuttle driver asked what my name was then looked at a clipboard and told me my name wasn't on the shuttle roaster, I replied that someone just called and told me to come outside, the same driver reiterated that my name wasn't on the roaster, my reply was its not my problem and that I've been waiting almost two hours for the shuttle ride, he again said I wasn't on the roaster, I went back in to the waiting area where the lady that greeted me was and told her what was going on, she went outside and talk to the shuttle driver, its now been two hours since I arrived to my appointment and we are finally on our way, approximately 2 miles away from the service center, the shuttle driver said he forgot someone and had to go back to pick him up so we turned around, we got back to Toyota service and the driver went inside to find the missing man, the driver returned and told all of us that the mans wife was on her way to pick him up so we left and I was back home 2-1/2 hours from when I dropped off my vehicle. Other then that Toyota service is great. More
