I appreciate the text message Follow-Up capabilities and I have had nothing but professional dealings with the service department at Carlsbad Toyota. Occasionally, one of my two vehicles might need to come back in for a second look, but that is to be expected. The staff always works hard to make sure that I am extremely satisfied. (I am sure that is the verbiage pushed by the service department managers, but I think it is working.) Vehicles can be complex but I like the Toyota stands behind the work. It’s worth the small premium that you might pay over the mom and pop repair shops, in my view. I have owned 4 Toyotas in my life and I only see that number increasing :-) More

Incomplete service I made an appointment yesterday to get service done on my vehicle and to have the sliding doors checked and went today to just spend 3 hours waiting f I made an appointment yesterday to get service done on my vehicle and to have the sliding doors checked and went today to just spend 3 hours waiting for the tech to check my door and no oil change. They did a 17 point inspection but did they really if they did why didn’t they notice the maintenance required on the instrument panel. My children’s safety is priority and this proves that what was said was done on the paper probably was not. Very disappointing since we Drive an hour to your facility. We will never be returning again More
