I found this service department average. Nothing outside of the box. Just pretty straight forward. The lady checking me in had no smile or greeting when I arrived. Tom my service tech quoted me a much higher price than what was quoted over the phone. When visiting the cashier at the end, she was very stand offish and did not greet me, just pointed to the valet area and said that I can pick up my keys there. Got to the valet area and the woman there was no different. No greeting, just asked for my last name and pointed to an area of the parking lot and said that my car is over there. She briefly explained about the free car wash that I received. Not thank you - no come again - no goodbye. When I got into my truck there seemed to be a funky odor. I then washed my car and that was great. Aside from the closing interaction, my truck runs well and it’s clean. More

I came in to have a bed extender installed - this was part of my Tacoma purchase in June. When I made the appointment I was quoted 2 hours. Instead I sat in the waiting room for more than 5 hours! This should’ve been a simple install - in hindsight I should’ve just asked for the part and installed it myself. Instead I wasted most of my work day, adding additional stress to my life. After 3 hours my service advisor informed me that the technician was behind and hadn’t gotten to my vehicle yet. The whole purpose of appointments/reservations is so both sides can schedule and organize the day. I expect that if I have an 8:20 appt that you booked for me, that you have someone scheduled to begin working on my vehicle at 8:20. It’s clear that you are overbooking - not good customer service. My advisor was pleasant. But I won’t be bringing my vehicle back for servicing to this location. More
