First time at Carlsbad Service Center after purchasing a vehicle from the dealership a couple of weeks prior. Had a 7AM appointment to replace damaged door edge guards when the car was purchased. Unfortunately, after two attempts the job was not completed. First attempt, the wrong color was installed. Second attempt, the right color was not installed correctly. Not sure if a quality inspection was performed after each attempt per job description document. After 3 hours, we left without the job getting completed since no additional part was in stock. Will have to make another trip or they’ll make repairs at my residence. Although the job was not completed, we were happy with the staff and the customer waiting area. I gave 3 stars because of the incomplete job. More
