I got rear ended in my brand new RAV4 with only 2000 miles. I choose Toyota Carlsbad collision center for my repair. The front staff were wonderful. I had a fender bender type accident in November 2021. I took my car to Toyota Carlsbad's collision center for repairs since I had had work done there several years before and was pleased with the results I took my car to Toyota Carlsbad's collision center for repairs since I had had work done there several years before and was pleased with the results. The first person I talked to at Toyata said the car was a "total". I went home and called my insurance company and was told by a claims person how much they would pay before totaling the car. I went back to Toyota Carlsbad and talked to a different appraiser - Justin Williams - who said they could fix it for under the insurance company's limit by actually repairing the damage rather than replacing the damaged parts. This was done and the car looked perfect. Insurance paid the entire cost and this maid me very, very happy. I will be forever grateful to Justin Williams for working with me and the insurance company to get this done. Thank you Justin Williams at Toyota Carlsbad. More
