Unacceptable Experience We were at the dealership for over 9 hours before all was said and done. We were left sitting for hours even after complaining a few times of need to We were at the dealership for over 9 hours before all was said and done. We were left sitting for hours even after complaining a few times of need to eat something. I had to ask for a glass of water. We were not offered anything. We kept being told that it should only be a little bit longer. The last person we saw who finalized the deal offered me a granola bar from his desk. I find this completely unacceptable. We would've just left, but the salesman, Sonny, had already taken the keys from our leased car which we were returning and we hadn't yet received the new car. We absolutely love all of the Hyundai vehicles we've had over the years and will probably continue to buy them. However, I don't know that we would return to this particular dealership. Again, this experience was totally unnecessary and unacceptable. We were also told the manager was not available when we asked repeatedly to see him. More
