Being that it was President's Day, the dealership was extremely crowded. After a very short wait I was introduced to Jake Hughes,(sales rep). Jake was very friendly and knowledgable. If he didn't have an answer for my questions he immediately got me an answer. Knowing that I had wanted to purchase a new 2012 Accent, Jake did not try forcing a more expensive car on me. He showed me what the dealer had in stock, explained the details of the car and went out for a test drive. The entire process took about 4 hours,(start to finish),and it was nice to see that as crowded as it was, Jake was not rushing me. He was concerned about me and not worrying about rushing me out so that he could try to get another sale. It has only been a few days and so far I am extremely happy with my vehicle. Jake has also called me a few times to follow up and make sure that I am happy with the car. Also the finance team was very friendly. Last week we purchased a Hyundai Tucson from Towne Hyundai in Denville. From the time that we walked in the dealership until the after sales call/visit, everything has been handled professionally and Hyundai in Denville. From the time that we walked in the dealership until the after sales call/visit, everything has been handled professionally and courteously. Our salesperson, Jose Matos, was knowledgeable, supportive, fair and very patient. There was no sales pressure, no gimmicks, no promises that couldn't be kept. He explained the differences in the models, arranged for a test drive of the car, showed us other colors in the inventory and we ended up negotiating for the make/color/features we ended up purchasing. We had a trade and Jose showed us the different valuations from edmunds/blue book etc. and we ended up negotiating for what we consider a real bargain on the car. The paperwork was handled without any issue, no surprise add-on charges and no bait and switch. At the end of the paperwork, he explained all the features of the car and how to operate them. He even called us the day after to see if we had any questions and whether we were satisfied with the car. The car/truck is exactly what we were looking for - a smaller SUV then what we were driving with all the features (leather, heated seats, navi etc etc.) It has been a week now and we can say that the whole experience was just awesome and we would recommend Towne Hyundai and Jose (true gentleman) to anyone looking for this type of a vehicle.
