Excellent Service Advice Over The Phone Danielle provided me excellent advice over the phone to reset my stereo system that was not working. Her advice fixed my problem in less than 10 seconds. I leased my hyundai Elantra through Wayne Hyundai and their service center gave me a run-around for this problem with a simple solution. I decided to call Towne hyundai and my problem was fixed over the phone avoiding having to visit a service center like Wayne told me I would have to do. But they said they couldn't provide me with a courtesy car until a week later. Danielle fixed my problem and helped me avoid the inconvenience of driving around with no stereo for a week. She was knowledgeable, confident, polite, and friendly and I was happy she answered the phone for me. I didn't have to wait on hold and I didn't have to wait for a solution. She knew what to do immediately and my problem was solved. My lease is up in a month and I am going to visit Towne Hyundai for my new vehicle instead of Wayne Hyundai because of this excellent experience I had.
