2017 Tucson Everyone was so pleasant and friendly. The receptionist when we arrived was very prompt in greeting us which was very appreciated. Amy (unfortunately I do not know her last name) introduced us to the features of the car and spoke clearly and slowly so I could absorb it all. The follow up phone calls are very much appreciated.
