Bill Pepe seemed as if he was genuine and straight-forward, not just schmoozing us and trying to get the sale by being salesy. When people are shopping for a car, they want someone they can trust. Unfortunately, you don't find that too often when looking at cars. We felt as if Bill Pepe wasn't selling us a load of garbage. We really liked that. Also, we found that he was helpful even after the sale went through. We felt as if we were in good hands - hands that we could count on. We have not had that experience in the past at other car dealerships. We have also been pleased with the service department in the short time that we have owned the vehicle.
