There were no questions that went unanswered and each person I dealt with listened, making me feel as if I had purchased a vehicle there previously. I was more impressed with how willing Joe and Christopher were with trying to find financing options that fit into my budget, not pressuring me and working with on every detail of making the numbers work, putting me into a vehicle that I am very satisfied with. It was a pleasure working with everyone of them and I was very appreciative of the service I received there. I would not think I would have had a better experience at a different dealership working within the timeframe I had to go on. I was also thankful for Joe taking the time to really understand what my needs are and putting those at the priority. I would not hesitate in referring family or friends to purchase vehicles here based on my experience. I thank them all so very much. We visited Towne Hyundai on Saturday, October 29, 2011 to take advantage of a "buy-out" deal offered on my 2010 Hyundai Elantra. Little did we know that we would drive home in the worst October snow storm i take advantage of a "buy-out" deal offered on my 2010 Hyundai Elantra. Little did we know that we would drive home in the worst October snow storm in a NEW 2012 Hyundai Sonata! Renny Dios is the best salesman! He actually listened to me when I gave my color choice and what I desired in a car! It is rare to find a caring car salesman, and even rarer still to find him working side-by-side with other caring people. Of course, Renny had other customers that day, but he still took time to be sure we were taken care of. By the time we left Towne Hyundai, the snow had been falling steadily and about 8 inches had accumulated. Rt. 10 was backed up with traffic. I pulled out of Towne Hyundai and felt confident that the Sonata would manage the snow-covered roads. The ride home to Oak Ridge was nerve-wracking - however, the snowplow in front of us had a difficult time when it started to slide sideways down a hill and I continued to inch along behind it - neither slipping, nor sliding! I love, love, love my 2012 Sonata! It is the perfect car for me. I am so happy we went to Towne Hyundai and met Renny Dios. Since taking the Sonata home, Renny has called me several times. He always asks how I am and if I am enjoying the Sonata. Of course, he already knows I love the car, but he still calls to see how I am getting along with the Sonata. I know if I have any questions about the car or the features (of which there are many) I can call Renny and he will take care of my questions. More

My Dad and I bought a new Sonata SE last week from Towne Hyundai and Sean Cullen was the employee we who worked with us. Sean is great; he was extremely attentive and helpful. We ended up not picking it up until the end of that week but Sean was patient unlike other car dealers we have dealt with in the past. Once we came to pick up the car everything was perfect and exactly what we wanted. Sean even followed up with us the next day to see how we liked the car which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. Overall, the service at Towne Hyundai in Denville was exceptional and we will definitely recommend Sean and this dealership to others as well as do business there again. More
