I enjoyed my experience at this dealership. Javier was very welcoming and wanted me to get the best price for the car that I wanted. I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Accent GS from Towne Hyundai back in September of 2010. I was very excited (and nervous) as this was my first purchase of a new car. Everyone that I dealed with at the dealership (at the time my salesman was Christian, who I have been told since left) was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, at the end of October of this month, only 13 months after the purchase of my first car, I was in an accident due to a fault not my own. Sadly, my car was totaled and I was devastated. Once again, I began the search for a new car which was tiresome and stressful. I returned to Towne Hyundai after speaking with a young woman named Jen who had assisted me over the past few weeks in trying to locate a 2012 Accent Hatchback. Once again, Towne Hyundai showed great interest in me and my family and were very welcoming. They were willing to discuss the price and appreciated the fact that I come from a Hyundai family (considering we have had 5 other cars purchased from this dealership). Tom, my salesman, was extremely friendly, worked with me on the the price of the car, and threw in a year of free maintanance which was extremely generous and helpful. I hope I do not have to suffer from another accident anytime soon but I will always recommend Towne Hyundai as a wonderful dealership that really seeks to assist buyers. More

I went in with my fiance in November, had intentions of purchasing a vehicle. Unfortunately because of my student loans it was a lot harder than I assumed. For an entire month, Renny worked diligently to get me into a car. I would definately recommend him to anyone lookinf for a car. :e truly went above and beyond to get me into something safe & reliable. If it was not for his patience and dedication, I would not be stress free today. He kept me abreast on every detail that I needed to know. We went into the Towne Hyundai dealership in response to an offer we got in the mail for trading in our Hyundai Santa Fe... it was for $2000.00 above book value. Since our Santa Fe had 110,000 miles on it w an offer we got in the mail for trading in our Hyundai Santa Fe... it was for $2000.00 above book value. Since our Santa Fe had 110,000 miles on it we knew this would be our best chance to get a good price for it. We weren't disappointed. We met with Tom and discussed our situation... at first I wanted another SUV like the Santa Fe, but soon realized the Elantra was more for us.Tom was very helpful in making the best deal we could possibly get, including helping us do an immediate trade-in with our Santa Fe... We were thrilled to walk out of the showroom with our new car... this is our third Hyundai car and we know the reputation of this dealership is top notch, both in sales and service... we look forward to many more years of being a Hyundai customer. I was very much impressed, as I was making a very significant decision and given that the experience was only based on three (3) days of research I found Joe and all the staff there as extremely prof significant decision and given that the experience was only based on three (3) days of research I found Joe and all the staff there as extremely professional with a high sense of sincerity and respect for my situation. There were no questions that went unanswered and each person I dealt with listened, making me feel as if I had purchased a vehicle there previously. I was more impressed with how willing Joe and Christopher were with trying to find financing options that fit into my budget, not pressuring me and working with on every detail of making the numbers work, putting me into a vehicle that I am very satisfied with. It was a pleasure working with everyone of them and I was very appreciative of the service I received there. I would not think I would have had a better experience at a different dealership working within the timeframe I had to go on. I was also thankful for Joe taking the time to really understand what my needs are and putting those at the priority. I would not hesitate in referring family or friends to purchase vehicles here based on my experience. I thank them all so very much. Havier was very professional.
