Three days ago I started my search for a new or per-owned car,I walked in to Towne Hyundai to just look and there ended my search. As we were walking through the pre-owned/certified cars (there were lots)we car,I walked in to Towne Hyundai to just look and there ended my search. As we were walking through the pre-owned/certified cars (there were lots)we were greeted by a friendly salesperson, Jake Hughes, he walked us around, asking as many questions as possible so as he put it "help me find the car that I wanted." While I wasn't 100% sold on another Hyundai, I had a 2002 Accent and was looking for a "cooler" car, Jake showed me some really nice cars and advised me to at least test drive a car because you don't know how great something is unless you try it out first. I test drove 2 cars and instantly fell in love with a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. The next step was "purchasing" and here is where I feel Towne Hyundai will forever stay in my mind. I have been like many others struggling with credit issues but by some "Towne" miracle I was able to finance on my own, close or near what I was looking for. While car buying w/ bad credit could be stressful, I would say the friendly staff that constantly kept assuring me that while they of course want my business also wanted me to leave with a smile on my face, in fact helped keep me calm and comfortable that I wasn't leaving without my car. This was my second time purchasing from this dealer. I wanted to trade my 2003 Sonata for a newer model. I was specific in that I wanted low mileage, one owner & immaculate.
