Being a new car buyer I was'nt sure of what to expect and had always heard of stories about sales people in dealerships. I was referred to Jake Hughes by a friend of mine. When I arrived at Towne Hyundai I met Jake and he was very personable, I was also introduced to Dave Smith who helped me with questions I had about the 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe. Once I drove the car I absolutely loved it!!! We sat down with Dave Smith and Jake Hughes and they were great! I didn't feel pressured like the stories I had heard if anything they made me feel comfortable which I greatly appriciated. Dave and Jake found my car quickly in the color that I wanted and could't wait to go pick it up. I am now a new Hyundai owner and love my car!!! We wanted a 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited with the optional Technology Package in either Indigo Night or Midnight Black. These particular models are extremely difficult to find in New Jersey, and we were told by some dealers to expect to wait at least a month or two, given the high demand for the bestselling Hyundai Elantra. The prospect of renting a vehicle for such a long period was not one we were happy about. We had been renting a car for more than a week when we walked into the Towne Hyundai dealership late on a Friday evening, perhaps an hour or so before closing, and ran into Joseph Ippolito by chance. Within a few minutes of conversation, during which Mr. Ippolito asked us about our needs, he had located a suitable vehicle for us. There was no pressure at all to make a decision, but the excellent price offered by him — which was very competitive with the numbers I had seen while doing research on the Internet — made it very easy for us to agree to purchase the car. The vehicle was to be delivered the following week, but I asked Mr. Ippolito what he could do for us should the delivery be delayed. He immediately offered us a loaner vehicle in the event that we had to wait longer than expected. The way things worked out, we ended up with the loaner for more than two weeks — adequate proof of the emphasis that Mr. Ippolito, and his associates Dana and Fallon, place on customer service. We found out only after the fact that Mr. Ippolito was Salesperson of the Year at Towne Hyundai. Going by our experience, however, I would not at all be surprised if prospective customers hear about him by word-of-mouth and regularly seek him out. All in all, a wonderful car-buying experience! This was a very good experience. I was working with Maxon Hyundai on Rt 22, but Jen was able to get the car for me (on Joe's behalf). She alerted me as soon as it was in. Falon was great with introdu Maxon Hyundai on Rt 22, but Jen was able to get the car for me (on Joe's behalf). She alerted me as soon as it was in. Falon was great with introducing us to people and helping us with the paperwork. Chris was very good in that process and working out the deal. Joe was nice too.
