After weeks of researching - I thought I had found the car I wanted - a Hyundai Azera 2007 Ltd 104000 miles , looked good - at a dealer some 40 miles away with a 4.7 /5 rating When I drove away first da car I wanted - a Hyundai Azera 2007 Ltd 104000 miles , looked good - at a dealer some 40 miles away with a 4.7 /5 rating When I drove away first day from the dealership- there was a thumping noise from the rear side - I reached home and emailed the dealer - he said to bring it in and he would check it - I did that and left the car with him - first he said the rear rotors were warped and that could be fixed at my cost... I suspected that was not the case Then I was informed the wheel hub assembly was bad and would be fixed for $485 cost to me I said no - my local mechanic finally found the issue - bad shocks which had caused several bumps on the rear tire - which was making the thumping noise - I bought new tires I have this car now with bad shocks . I am sure the dealer would not consider these as part of the 160 point inspection they say they do before selling I cannot quite understand the logic of providing excellent ratings when dealers give you such a raw deal - I called several time to speak to people and apparently they have v senior guys mostly... More

I've never purchased a new car, and the last time I bought a car at all was 17 years ago, from a friend. That's how the business is. Fred was knowledgeable about the car and persistent in following through with things. Service was very good and I'm happy I got a Hyundai Sonata. I spoke with several other dealers for price checks but wanted to buy the car from him as he'd put effort into telling me about the car and having me drive it around. More

Being a new car buyer I was'nt sure of what to expect and had always heard of stories about sales people in dealerships. I was referred to Jake Hughes by a friend of mine. When I arrived at Towne Hyundai I met Jake and he was very personable, I was also introduced to Dave Smith who helped me with questions I had about the 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe. Once I drove the car I absolutely loved it!!! We sat down with Dave Smith and Jake Hughes and they were great! I didn't feel pressured like the stories I had heard if anything they made me feel comfortable which I greatly appriciated. Dave and Jake found my car quickly in the color that I wanted and could't wait to go pick it up. I am now a new Hyundai owner and love my car!!!
