Roger Guerrero was a gentleman. Roger put himself in my place and explained the various options with regard to sales or lease for myself, a single mom. I do drive many miles a year. I am happy with my ex place and explained the various options with regard to sales or lease for myself, a single mom. I do drive many miles a year. I am happy with my experience with Roger. The one thing that put a damper on the visit was the very long process. It is not necessary and could be cut back and keep many many busy people happy. I do realize this has to do with upper management. I would recommend doing business with Roger at Towne Hyundai. He met my price and I am very happy. More

THEY DON'T KEEP THEIR WORD ....I JUST BOUGHT A USED CAR FOR MY DAUGHTER AT TOWNE HYUNDAI...AS I WAS LOOKING AT THE CAR AND TOOK IT FOR A TEST DRIVE, I POINTED OUT SOME STAINS ON THE SEATS AND THE OVERALL I FOR MY DAUGHTER AT TOWNE HYUNDAI...AS I WAS LOOKING AT THE CAR AND TOOK IT FOR A TEST DRIVE, I POINTED OUT SOME STAINS ON THE SEATS AND THE OVERALL INTERIOR WAS FILTHY. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE FULLY DETAILED BEFORE IT WOULD BE GIVEN TO ME. WHEN I RECEIVED THE CAR, IT WAS THE SAME WAY THAT I LEFT IT. THEY HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME 289.00 FOR THE CAR DETAIL. WHAT I GOT WAS A REGULAR CAR WASH THAT I CAN GET FOR 9.95. I AM IN THE WRONG BUSINESS. THE SALESMAN SEEMS TO BE ON YOUR SIDE TO GET YOUR BUSINESS UNTIL YOU SIGN THE PAPERS. THEN YOUR ARE ON YOUR OWN. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDING THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. IF THIS HOW THEY NEED TO MAKE MONEY, THEN SHUT THE DOORS AND OPEN UP A CAR WASH AND CHARGE 300.00 FOR A CAR WASH. WHAT I AM REALLY UPSET ABOUT IS THAT THE SALESMAN SHOOK MY HAND AND GAVE ME HIS WORD THAT HE WILL PERSONALLY TAKE CARE OF IT. After weeks of researching - I thought I had found the car I wanted - a Hyundai Azera 2007 Ltd 104000 miles , looked good - at a dealer some 40 miles away with a 4.7 /5 rating When I drove away first da car I wanted - a Hyundai Azera 2007 Ltd 104000 miles , looked good - at a dealer some 40 miles away with a 4.7 /5 rating When I drove away first day from the dealership- there was a thumping noise from the rear side - I reached home and emailed the dealer - he said to bring it in and he would check it - I did that and left the car with him - first he said the rear rotors were warped and that could be fixed at my cost... I suspected that was not the case Then I was informed the wheel hub assembly was bad and would be fixed for $485 cost to me I said no - my local mechanic finally found the issue - bad shocks which had caused several bumps on the rear tire - which was making the thumping noise - I bought new tires I have this car now with bad shocks . I am sure the dealer would not consider these as part of the 160 point inspection they say they do before selling I cannot quite understand the logic of providing excellent ratings when dealers give you such a raw deal - I called several time to speak to people and apparently they have v senior guys mostly... More
