They do not honor the prices that are listed on there web page. I was charged 5 thousand more than there advertised price (false advertising) and got nothing for my trade ins,even though I was a return custo page. They also never got back to me in,(it's been now 5 months) to fix the problems I have with this vehicle. Females should NEVER shop for a car alone!!! More

We just stopped in to check out mileage on new cars. We were approached with a warm and friendly smile from a salesman named John. He answered all of our question and asked us to take a test drive in the Elantra. Our son had recently purchased an Elantra and highly suggested we get one when we were ready to purchase. Although we went into the dealership without any intention of buying a car, we did have an idea of what it should cost. John and his sales manager Chris (also a personable fellow) sat down with us and agreed to what we wanted to pay. It happened to be a very busy day at this dealership but our salesman John Vazquez stayed with us through the whole process. He made sure the deal went through smoothly, that we were 100% satisfied and he also bought us dinner while we waited our turn. I can't say enough good things about John. He was friendly, personable, pro-fessional, compassionate and easy going. We ended up trading in our Volvo and left with our new 2013 Elantra both happy and surprised. DON'T GO HERE!!!! They totally lie and misrepresent themselves just to get you in. I understand sales and herring people in the door but everything about the deal changed. Dealer advised they accidentally overcharged us for registration and would refund us the money. Said we'd have a check when the plates came in. It took a full two months of phone calls - it was "locked in the accounting office", not yet cut, in the mail, etc. We stooped in several times because we were told the check would be there and it wasn't. When we called, we were only allowed to speak with our salesman although we'd asked for accounting and the gm. We received a host of excuses until we told them that we were going to the BBB and atty. general's office to file a complaint. The retort to that was "that amount of money isn't going to break anyone." Bottom line was it was our money, not their's. The amount of the money was small; the attitude along the way made us distrust this dealership. We will not be returning nor recommending them. Dealer also sold vehicle without a window sticker.
