I was nervous coming to buy my first car, but Tom Kubatz put me right at ease. He made me feel so comfortable and made my experience buying a car so special. I am very thankful for him spending four hours overtime with me to ensure that everything was done right and that I was happy with my purchase. I never felt pressured or worried because of Tom and love my new car! DON'T GO HERE!!!! They totally lie and misrepresent themselves just to get you in. I understand sales and herring people in the door but everything about the deal changed. Dealer advised they accidentally overcharged us for registration and would refund us the money. Said we'd have a check when the plates came in. It took a full two months of phone calls - it was "locked in the accounting office", not yet cut, in the mail, etc. We stooped in several times because we were told the check would be there and it wasn't. When we called, we were only allowed to speak with our salesman although we'd asked for accounting and the gm. We received a host of excuses until we told them that we were going to the BBB and atty. general's office to file a complaint. The retort to that was "that amount of money isn't going to break anyone." Bottom line was it was our money, not their's. The amount of the money was small; the attitude along the way made us distrust this dealership. We will not be returning nor recommending them. Dealer also sold vehicle without a window sticker.
