Joe Ippolito and his staff take the time to explain and show all aspects of the car and contract in a manner that it is well understood, they also take the time to answer any and all questions to the best of their ability. If an answer is not known they do the work to find the answer. My husband and I have NEVER felt pressured into a vehicle that we didn't like or want. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and welcoming. My sales person was Jose Matos who was extremely kind and helpful. He gave a thorough explanation of how everything in my car worked. My experience was excellent. I 1st bought a 2007 Hyundai Sonata brand new. I shopped many different dealerships to find the best deal and ended up buying through Towne Hyundai. I just bought a 2013 Sante FE Sonata brand new. I shopped many different dealerships to find the best deal and ended up buying through Towne Hyundai. I just bought a 2013 Sante FE. Joe Ippolito was my sales person and was excellent. It took 2 weeks for me to shop around this time. In the end i came back to Towne again. I went through looking at Jeep, Chevy, and Honda and i can say that for the dollar, nobody has a better product then Hyundai. As i went from dealer to dealer, it was the same old belittling the competition, talking up their own product, but i never experienced that with Joe. Joe was patient, as when shopping for a new car is a very important decision and didn't pressure me into making a rush decision. He didnt have me sit in the showroom for 4 hours ( See Jeep in Rockaway) to only come out and try to sell me their limited selection, none of which i was interested in. In the end when i came back to Joe and his team, they were able to put me in the truck I wanted, for the price i wanted. The only draw back is this place is busy constantly. It's hard to get through on the phone sometimes, but i attributed that to the fact that they are so good at what they do and sell an excellent product with a very reasonable price. More

I have had nothing but a hard time making my navigation work. Ken and Sean came out to my car and sat with me for about 20 min in my car going over all my features of my Navigation system. My thought process for buying a new car was simple (since I was not in any hurry to purchase a new car), I was going to go to various dealerships (Hyundai, Mazda, Honda, GMC/Buick, Volkswagen), tell them the different interior features that I want with a 36 month lease with 18,000 miles/year and see which dealer could give me the lowest price. I was extremely happy with my experience at Towne Hyundai. I will definitely be recommending that dealer to my friends who are looking to purchase/lease a new car. More
