I went looking for a specific Hyundai. I found it at Denville. I was pleased with Joe - he was friendly and professional. This is my fourth Hyundai and I have faith in the brand. I purchased a Tourin Denville. I was pleased with Joe - he was friendly and professional. This is my fourth Hyundai and I have faith in the brand. I purchased a Touring, which was a certified used car. I was not pleased that the next day the check engine light was on and it had to go back with the car. It turns out there was a problem with the exhaust system and they had to keep it. They were nice enough to give me a loaner free of charge but it was very dirty and had cat hair inside of it and my daughter is allergic to cats. I called and reported it and they stated that I could bring it back the following Monday and they would swap it out for a different loaner. All I really wanted was my car back fixed. I had to wait for the part to get shipped in and then they were able to fix it. I would recommend that this dealer check their "certified used cars" for problems before they put that kind of label on the car. I also had to go in and redo all my paperwork because a mistake was made on the paperwork and my monthly payment was more than I had signed off on. They could not bring it down to this price so I had to pay more per month than what was signed off on the day I drove the car off the lot. All in all - I love the car but feel that the overall experience put me questioning going back again to this particular dealership. More
