Dealing with Joe Ippolito and his team at Towne Hyundai was a pleasure. They were able to get me into a new vehicle that was exactly what I was looking for (with even more features) at a very fair price. was a pleasure. When Hyundai recalled my vehicle about a month after the original purchase. Joe and his team were able to secure an identical new vehicle from a neighboring region with minimal inconvenience to me. Joe and his team took care of alll the paperwork, insurance changes, etc. so that the experience was essentially painless. More

Took my Hyundai in for service and was told that i couldn't get a loaner because they apparently only have one and if i wanted one i would have to wait a month which is ridiculous. Towne hyundai lacks customer service and during my service they never gave me an update on my car and there customer waiting room sucks no snacks or drinks and uncomfortable chairs they also lack car wash system, and forgot to mention when i was scheduling an appointment one of the service advisor was very rude. i will not return to towne Hyundai and will continue taking my car to Wayne Hyundai. My husband and I have been car shopping for a few weeks and had very poor experiences at other dealerships in the area. Last night we met Jake Hughes at Towne Hyundai and the experience was far beyond any and had very poor experiences at other dealerships in the area. Last night we met Jake Hughes at Towne Hyundai and the experience was far beyond any other that we recently had. He warmly greeted us, and before we looked at any cars, he sat down with us to make sure he understood our needs. Jake found several options that would meet our needs and that were in our price range. During the selection process, test drive and buying process, he took the time to clearly explain our options so that we could make the best car selection. He pointed out the features and benefits of the Hyundai brand so we could clearly see the benefits of becoming the owners of a Hyundai Certified vehicle. I am excited to say that we purchased a car on our very first visit to Towne Hyundai because of Jake and the buying experience that he created. We have been loyal Nissan, VW and Honda owners for over 25 years, but we now consider ourselves loyal Towne Hyundai and Jake Hughes customers and look forward to a positive relationship for year to come. I have to agree with the other reviewer - jet boy- about what is truly lacking from the service department when you own one of the flagship/premium Hyundai models. After owning non-Hyundai upscale cars, I was used to a certain level of "creature comforts" and special touches when I brought my car in for servicing. This dealer is clueless on how to treat customers owning premium Hyundai models and perhaps the fault lies with Hyundai corporate for not creating a separate division with different dealers for these upscale cars, like their competitors have successfully done. I like my car, but for what I spent, I do expect a far different customer experience from the service department. That alone will be the reason my next car will NOT be a Hyundai. Customers spend more time over the life of a car with the dealer's service department than the sales department. And the dealer makes more profit from those who service their car there than what they typically make on a new car sale. So let's start seeing some of those profits reinvested in making the service customer experience here improved, especially for those Genesis and Equus customers!! More
We waited for Jose Matos--largely due to all the 5.0 ratings he's received here--and he certainly didn't disappoint. Never any pressure, just calmly working to find a way to make progress, while making ratings he's received here--and he certainly didn't disappoint. Joe took the time to talk to me and find out not only I thought I wanted but what I really needed I felt like he really cared about me and I was just not another "sale". Joe didn't try to push me into a more expensive car or get anything that I didn't need. His whole team was professional and very helpful the entire way. Plus I was very impressed that after I got the car home, Joe's team called me on several occasions asking how things were going and if I had any questions. I will definitely recommend him to my friends. More
