Hyundai and Joe Ippolito have always been there for me! I just purchased my fourth Hyundai from Joe Ippolito at Towne Hyundai in Denville, New Jersey (even though there are other Hyundai dealers closer to I just purchased my fourth Hyundai from Joe Ippolito at Towne Hyundai in Denville, New Jersey (even though there are other Hyundai dealers closer to my home). When I bought my very first Hyundai, I went to MANY other dealers from many car manufacturers and no one would give me a car loan. Joe and Hyundai worked very hard to get me that new car, and I've been a loyal and faithful customer ever since. These are the most reliable cars I have ever driven. I've never had to pay for anything other than regular maintenance, tires, oil changes, tune ups, etc. in the 4 cars I've owned. The people who work at Towne Hyundai in Denville NJ all work together to make your new car purchasing experience the very best. I love Hyundai's and will keep buying them. Joe hadn't seen me in 5 years and I walked in the door and he knew right away who I was by sight, my name and all! They remember and reward loyal customer's and that's the way it should be. I had my wife's 2009 Sonata in for an oil change and check engine light. After waiting 20 minutes Brian informed me that there was a problem which was covered under warranty, but would take about 4 hou check engine light. After waiting 20 minutes Brian informed me that there was a problem which was covered under warranty, but would take about 4 hours to fix. I asked for a loaner, and was informed that there was none available, but he would have me driven home and picked up when the car was ready. I consider this exceptional customer service. More

After doing some online research I recived several emails and 2 phone calls from very friendly Jennifer. I was ready to trade in my 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe for a newer Santa Fe. I walked into a very busy dea and 2 phone calls from very friendly Jennifer. I was ready to trade in my 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe for a newer Santa Fe. I walked into a very busy dealership but was greeted at once by a friendly member of the staff. Within minutes I was discussing my needs with Joe. I had picked out 2 of maybe 7 used Santa Fe's on their lot. These 2 Santa Fe's were outside my budget so other Santa Fe's were considered. I chose one that was well within my budget and we agreed on a price. However, well into the deal Joe came in to inform me that the Santa Fe we had struck a deal on was a FWD and not an AWD as I had requested. A big mistake which Joe profoundly apologised to me for. Because of the mistake, Joe offered me a better deal on one of the first 2 Santa Fe's I had looked at. These 2 cars were my #1 & #2 choices. Still about $800.00 outside my budget, Joe gave me the same deal on my #1 choice as he had given on the Santa Fe mistakenly identified as an AWD vehicle. This deal made me very happy as the car was practically new 2009 Santa Fe with only 23,000 miles on it. Certified by Hyundai, there was a good deal of time left on all warrenties. The mistake had worked out in my favor. Through all my dealings with Towne Hyundai not only with this visit, but with visits to buy a used car years ago ( the car I was trading in I purchased at Towne Hyundai in 2004), there was a minimum of hard sell tactics. Joe was with Towne Hyundai in 2004 and still doing great there in 2013. There was a deserved understanding of my needs & limits by the staff and the need for Towne Hyundai to make money because thats why they are in business. From the time I walked into the dealership till the time I drove out with my new Santa Fe more than 6 hours had passed. Within that time frame there was a bit too much getting up from the table to go "check in back" for answers, paperwork or other incidentals that, in my opinion, wasted time. However, this would be my only complaint. All other aspects of my dealing with Towne Hyundai were very positive indeed. I would reccomend this dealership without hesitation. Of course, I also highly reccomend the brand. More

I had not picked out a new vehicle for myself in 12 years and had a list of vehicles I wanted to test drive. When I went to Hyundai Jake greeted me and gave me time to look around at the vehicles on the lot and had a list of vehicles I wanted to test drive. When I went to Hyundai Jake greeted me and gave me time to look around at the vehicles on the lot. He took the time to discuss all the vehicles I was considering, the cost, payment options, inclusions, services offered by the dealing, and the features for each vehicle. He discussed my needs and wants for my new vehicle and made sure my final choice was the right vehicle for me and that it fit into my budget. The entire process was a pleasure and done in a timely manner. I will absolutely recommend the dealership, sales person and vehicle to my friends and family. More
