DISPOSITION FEE Very disappointed with this dealer. I leased a Hyundai Tucson 2011 form this dealership and they made a mistake in the lease agreement which I didn't Very disappointed with this dealer. I leased a Hyundai Tucson 2011 form this dealership and they made a mistake in the lease agreement which I didn't read and sign. Instead of putting 15000 they put 12000. Please be careful and read the lease. Hyundai charges hidden fees!!! $450.00 disposition fee if you don't buy the car which sales person don't mention to customers. They also put that the car had 20 miles when I got it and it didn't. After keeping negotiating for almost 4 hours with my 3 month baby I was very tired that I didn't read and I sign everything without noticing the mistake. Now 3 years later I got a bill for the Disposition Fee and over mileage for $1800!!! This is ridicules!!! I tried calling the Dealer Manager and I talked to one of the managers Jeff, and he told me that there is nothing that he could do. I don't recommend this dealer to anyone. He didn't even look at my info he just said there is nothing that we can do!! More

Kudos to Jose Matos... great salesman ! Jose Matos was our salesperson. He walked us through the entire process, from welcoming us at the door, until we were sitting in the driver's seat he Jose Matos was our salesperson. He walked us through the entire process, from welcoming us at the door, until we were sitting in the driver's seat headed out of the parking lot. He was professional, yet friendly, knowledgable and aimed to please. He listened to what WE were looking for, and put us in the cars of OUR liking. (We had done some shopping around, and some salespeople tried to tell us what we should/shouldn't like). He has tremendous patience, as my daughter and I both purchased cars from him the same day. Kudos to Jose, we would definitely recommend him! ...and also to Mohammed Ansari ( Finance Manager), for making the painful part of the process an enjoyable one! More
