I must say this is probably where my happiness ended because after our tea nothing went right. We told the sales person we were looking for an SUV to accommodate my standup paddleboard since my family and I needed an SUV with roof racks so we can transport our surfboards. We were shown the Tucson we loved it. The salesman told us of his experience surfing since he was from Puerto Rico where waves are really good. But I think he forgot about our request for roof racks because when we went to sit in the car at the end of the evening after the purchase and we realized the one he sold us on the lot had no roof racks I was extremely disappointed right there. We were experiencing difficulty with the insurance company and asked that the sale sticker was faxed to them so that we didn't have to have the car inspected the salesman promised he would do it .....never did it ! I had to go to our local library use their fax machine and paid to do it the following day very disappointed when someone tells me they'll do something and does not follow through. While I was dealing with the insurance company my husband was led to the financing of the car in which I was never asked if I can be on the financing at that point the car was financed only in my husbands name and for me to have my name added we have to refinance the entire car causing us more time and difficulty disappointed in that. When we got the car home without any roof racks because we were told that it was a Different model that had the roof racks not the one that we bought go figure that,..... Morning arrives we open the hood of the car to look at the engine and the entire engine protector as well as battery protector was chewed up by rats or squirrels because the car although it was a 2015 must've sat in the lot for a very long time. We just couldn't understand how they can prep the car for you that is brand-new topping off their fluids and not notice that this has been destroyed. Salesman once again very pleasantly told us just to bring the car in and this will be taking care of. This is our second trip back to the dealership and they had to order parts. My first Saturday off and I spent 2 1/2 hours in their dealer ship once again waiting for this part to be replaced to have the Service department tell me they ordered the wrong parts and I must return again to the dealership not one bit of compensation was offered no coffee at this point just aggravation and frustration!!! Registration and tags were given to me registration has the wrong address so now we are responsible to contact motor vehicle and change the address although the salesman promised he would take care of that as well. So basically we got a car for a fair price without roof racks which we thought we were buying and we have to take a brand-new car back to the dealership two times hopefully next week this problem will be resolved but they never said I am sorry they never just compensated us I thought it was the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life! More

Refreshed and Renewed Joe, on the go, Ippollito is excellent at his CALLING! This is my second Town Hyundai that Joe has put me in. I live in Roselle and travel to Denv Joe, on the go, Ippollito is excellent at his CALLING! This is my second Town Hyundai that Joe has put me in. I live in Roselle and travel to Denville to get my serviced because of Joe; I don't know if anyone else could inspire in the same way. He also has an excellent Sidekick in John. Way to go Joe!! More

shady & shifty We were attempting to purchase a vehicle at this location. We went as far as to meet with the finance manager (Jeff) as well. We worked out a deal o We were attempting to purchase a vehicle at this location. We went as far as to meet with the finance manager (Jeff) as well. We worked out a deal on Saturday and asked if we could think about it and get back to them the next business day. Of course Jeff and the salesman Javier agreed. On Monday, we went into the dealer ready to make a deal and now their prices were different. They wanted to charge us an additional $750 and now would offer us $2000 less for our trade in. After much aggravation and discussions with Jeff, he advised us that he would need to call us back after talking with a "3rd party". Needless to say, Jeff never called us back. We called Javier and he reiterated the same price we agreed upon Monday. On Tuesday afternoon we called Jeff to confirm the rates he quoted us and arrange for a time to go in and sign the paperwork that evening and now offered us the car for $1500 more than he originally quoted us on Saturday (and $750 more than the salesman just quoted us). I asked to speak with a Manager, as he clearly was playing games and could not be trusted. Coincidentally, there was no manager on site...really?! Towne Hyndai lost a loyal customer because their staff cannot be trusted to honor deals that they make with their customers. AND...to top this off, Jeff even had the nerve to say during the conversation, "you should have made the deal on Saturday." POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND 100% DISSATISFIED WITH TOWN HYUNDAI. Someone should really look into this shady & shifty practice and hold them accountable! We will NEVER do business with them and will make sure all of your friends, family & colleagues know about what they do. More
