They provided me with options and made sure I was comfortable with my selection. They made sure my new vehicle was all prepped and ready before I left the dealership. Keenan the assistant went through all the information in great detail for my new car and was very patient and answered all my questions open and honestly. I have know many other people including family that have bought vehicles from this dealership and all of them have been pleased with their experiences as well. She is a competent pleasant lady who has the capability to reduce the irritation of having an auto problem to manageable levels. Also, she is knowledgeable about many service issues and establishes service priorities in a timely acceptable manner. A real professional and pleasant to deal with. The other individual is Brian Drake. While I have dealt with him less often, when I have he has the same positive qualities as Danielle. If the product (my 2011 Sonata Limited) performed as well as these two individuals Hyundai would have a much better product and I would be a happier customer. Bill Schwingel More

Horrible Manager I had a horrible experience at Towne Hyundai. I brought my car in because the TPMS light came on Dec. 23. The service team looked at the car, and th I had a horrible experience at Towne Hyundai. I brought my car in because the TPMS light came on Dec. 23. The service team looked at the car, and the light went out. I figured everything was fine. Then on Dec. 24 the light came on again. I brought in the car before 12 PM, but I was told that the Service Dept. was closed. Someone put some air in one of my tires, which looked low. I was told that I could not be given a loaner car because the Service Dept. was closed. The light went off for a little while, but in an hour or so, it was on again. I took the car to Mavis Discount Tire. They confirmed that my back tire had gone down to 12 pounds of pressure and that one of my tired sensors was bad. However, they could not help me because I had not been given a wheel lock. I would have to break the lock on the tires in order for them to check the tires. When I called Town Hyundai, someone answered who said everyone else had left and there was nothing he could do. He told me to call Roadside Assistance. Roadside Assistance told me that all they could do was have my car towed to the Hyundai dealer, which would have left me stranded because the dealer could not give me a loaner. I ended up driving my car home and borrowing a relative's car to travel for Christmas. When I went out on Dec. 26 in order to take the car back to the dealer for service, the back tire was completely flat, and the car had to be towed to the Hyundai dealer. To make matters worse, this is a certified car that I purchased on Dec. 16. I am very disappointed by the lack of care with which my service was performed on Dec. 23. In addition, the manager Jeff Angulo was very rude to me. I called my salesperson, Jose Matos, an hour and a half before I arrived at the dealer on Dec. 26 to let him know that I wanted to get a smaller, new car due to the trouble I had with this vehicle. Mr. Matos was one of the only positive aspects of this experience, by the way. He was sympathetic and said he would speak to the manager regarding my request. In addition to the problem on Dec. 23 - 26, I also had to bring it for service on Dec. 20. Mr. Angulo let me wait until he finished working with another customer when I arrived at the dealership. When I expressed my frustration, he said that getting another car was not possible. He was very nasty. He said that I could not speak to anyone else besides him because Hyundai is a corporation. If I wanted to speak to someone, I could look up the name of the dealer's owner on the Internet. He said he would drive the car to my house if I left it there. If I called the police for him trespassing on my property, he would leave the car in front of the house, which I am assuming would mean that he would park it in the street. At this point, I never want to deal with Mr. Angulo or the Hyundai service team again. More
