2 Cars in 3 days! My husbands car died unexpectedly and we were on a mission to find a car ASAP. We went into Towne Hyundai and was greeted by Jose. He was friendly yet My husbands car died unexpectedly and we were on a mission to find a car ASAP. We went into Towne Hyundai and was greeted by Jose. He was friendly yet not pushy. He asked what our needs were. He found the perfect car for my husband. We didn't have money for a down payment so we jokingly told Jose we had a dead car do you want it, He laughed and offered us money for it as well as they were going to come and tow it. AMAZING! We got him down to a price in our range and a deal was made.... Now, 3 days later, I was driving a used Hyundai with 133,000 miles and bad suspension and brakes. I still had a year to pay it off but I decided to come back to Jose to see if it would be worth it to trade it in early for something else. Well, I got a brand new car! He was very direct, but listened to me at the same time. He knew what I wanted and made it happen. He also got to know me which I appreciated. I didn't just feel as if he wanted to make a sale and that was it. He wanted to focus on getting to know me as well. When I presented him with the offers I had on the table, he was able to match those deals quickly and didn't not try to find any hidden costs he could add. I would definitely recommend Yamil to anyone looking to shop at Towne Hyundai. On the day that I picked up my car, Joe spent time with my fiancé and I and was very friendly and helpful through the process. He has done a great job setting an example for the rest of the staff. Also, Keenan walked us through the entire vehicle and I was amazed at his knowledge of the car. It as very impressive. Didn't perform a serve I paid for I went in for a recall and they suggested a number of services, which I had them go ahead with, for a total of over $600. When I got the car home I noticed that they license plate light bulbs had not been replaced. I called them, and they did not have a record of the service. They said they would give me a refund after I sent in an email of it, which I did. I followed up with an email the next day, and still did not hear back. I called the next day, and the service manager would not give me a refund and told me I had to bring the vehicle in, which is difficult due to limited available time. I told him how long it takes me to get there and he told me I am wrong. I do not appreciate the way I was spoken to, and the fact that I was promised a refund and they would then not follow through. I sent them an email, and never heard back. More
