I have tried over the past 8 weeks to obtain an explanation from the General Manager regarding how certain numbers in my lease were calculated. I believe the numbers were inflated to result in a pr explanation from the General Manager regarding how certain numbers in my lease were calculated. I believe the numbers were inflated to result in a predetermined profit margin/monthly lease charge. This would explain why I was Not given the opportunity to review the lease for a 24 hour period as designated in the lease. I am sharing this review to let other prospective buyers know how my experience was devoid of dealership transparency. Very frustrating. More

I came in for regular maintenance around two months ago. To keep things simple, here are some of the problems I experienced: One, I started experiencing uncontrollable vibrations in the front of my vehic To keep things simple, here are some of the problems I experienced: One, I started experiencing uncontrollable vibrations in the front of my vehicle, both from my steering wheel, but also the front of my car. It was so bad that my wife was worried about the safety of our eighteen month old baby while driving with him. Two, I receive an email from the service manager indicating that I should give specific answers to a survey I received, and indicate that no one influenced how I responded to the survey. Three, I replied to the email asking if I could stop by in order to fix the issue. Unfortunately, our schedules didn't align. When I had a free day, I emailed if I could stop by, but no response. As a result, I called the service department asking if I could stop by, but they mentioned that I had to schedule weeks out. Four, they tend to put a sticker for maintenance after three thousand miles. I believe that is a bit too frequent. In general, the issues that arose after maintenance were not addressed in a timely fashion, necessitating tire replacement at around twenty four thousand miles. I have talked to multiple mechanics, who each told me it's usually fourty thousand to sixty thousand miles. The service manager even indicated over seventy thousand miles at times. They gave me a list of prices for the cost of tire replacements, but I will most likely be going to another location. Overall, I would not recommend Towne Hyundai for service. More

Frankly, I am disappointed to be re-writing this review for the 3rd time. I originally came in to do a deal at which we were apart by less than $300. The sales manager felt no need to budge, so I took for the 3rd time. I originally came in to do a deal at which we were apart by less than $300. The sales manager felt no need to budge, so I took my business to Wayne Hyundai to do the deal with them. I wrote a negative review about my experience here and was contacted by Jay the customer experience manager. He asked how they could earn back my business and remove my review in exchange. A new deal was agreed upon and I took home the car after working with Jose Espinal. As part of this deal, my car was to be delivered with the rubberized floor mats. Delivery for my car occurred without the floor mats, and was told they would be in by the time I get my plates in. Today, I went to pick up my plates and they had just sent someone to go get the mats. I sat there for 30 minutes in the middle of my lunch break and still no mats despite having 1 MONTH to have gotten these mats in. I expressed my frustration to Jose and was met with a dismissive attitude. I walked out of the dealership and 10 minutes later driving home, I got a call saying the mats were in and explained that they should have been in once our deal was signed a month ago. He hung up on me. I do not know if I will be receiving these mats anymore, but the level of customer service and the culture here is poor and it clearly starts at the top. I am disappointed that I wound up giving this small-time dealership my business. More
