Excellent Repair Service I had the unfortunate experiences of needing repairs on my 2017 Infiniti QX50 twice within 2 months. On both instances Town & Country Toyota's Collisi I had the unfortunate experiences of needing repairs on my 2017 Infiniti QX50 twice within 2 months. On both instances Town & Country Toyota's Collision Center did the repairs. On both occasions Greg Driscoll, the Collision center staff and the body shop staff did exceptional work and provide superior customer service regarding my vehicle repairs and my service needs. I was kept firmly updated on all progress as the vehicle was being repaired and the work was performed quickly and with expert care. There have been a lot of staff changes over the years and I was concerned when all of my normal faces were no longer there about 4-5 years ago. I understand that it is business, but thru it all, the service department seems to have landed on their feet once again. I do like the honestly of several of the service techs and that is why I keep coming back to have my truck serviced there. I get backlash from friends and family as to why I go to the dealership to have my truck serviced, because there are so many other places that will/can do it cheaper. I have told every single one of them (friends and family), that Town and Country has been good to me and as long as they continue to be good to me, I will continue to keep bringing my truck in for service. More

He was courteous and fulfilled our requests promptly, including ordering the parts we needed. Cost of repairs and routine service visits are reasonable. We were kept informed of all steps of the process of repairing our vehicle. The waiting area was clean and stocked with snacks and a television. We will return to this dealership again and again.
